- Resilience to network failures: The Connector has a built-in SQLite queue. In the event of a temporary Internet outage, events and recordings are safely buffered locally and sent to the cloud immediately upon restoring connectivity. No customer contact history will be lost.
- Advanced diagnostics: Ongoing status monitoring, cyclical heartbeat signals, and an event log (Event Log) are available to the administrator directly from the SolutionsERP panel, minimising the need to log into servers via SSH.
