Introduction

Steps to Create an Export

Access the Export Feature:

  • Navigate to the menu and select Tools.
  • Click on New Export.

Choose a Predefined Dataset:

  • You will see a list of predefined datasets. Select one that suits your needs for the export.

Select Export Profile or Fields:

  • If you have previously defined an export profile, you can choose it here. Alternatively, you can manually select the fields you want to include in the export file by checking the relevant boxes next to each field.

Add Filters:

  • If necessary, apply filters to limit the data that will be exported. These filters can be based on the values of the fields you have selected.
  • Specify the criteria for each filter according to your needs.

Change Field Position:

  • Adjust the order of the fields in the export file. You can usually drag the fields up or down to rearrange their position or select a specific option to change their column order.

Save Export Profile:

  • If you want to save your selections for future use, choose the option to save these settings as a new export profile or template. Provide a name for the profile for easy reference later.

Choose Export Format:

  • From the dropdown list, select the format you want for your export file. Options typically include:

    • XLS 2007 or XLS 95 (for native Excel files)

Generate the Export File:

  • After making all necessary selections and adjustments, click on the Generate button.
  • The system will process your request, which may take a few seconds.

Download the File:

  • Once the export is completed, a link to the generated file will be displayed. Click on this link to download your export file.
